Keturah Moody is a social media marketing strategist and founder of Mood in the Media. Born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota, she attended Alcorn State University, an HBCU in Mississippi, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications. Through her work, she is interested in the intersection of technology, media, and society.


As an ELI Fellow, Keturah hopes to explore the future environmental impacts of artificial intelligence and how its effects may differ across communities based on income and ethnicity. She is interested in learning how AI can be developed and implemented in ways that are environmentally sustainable, equitable, and beneficial for communities of all backgrounds.

Lilly Gullickson is a Minnesota native and higher education professional with experience in program management, student engagement, and university operations. A first-generation college student, Lilly began developing her interest in leadership and education through the Business Emerging Leaders program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business.


As an ELI Fellow, Lilly hopes to explore how artificial intelligence will shape the student experience in higher education, the future of educational leadership, and access to education. She is interested in how AI can help institutions better serve their communities, expand opportunity, and support more effective leadership.
