Emerging Leaders Initiative Fellowship

A 90-day fellowship capturing how emerging leaders experience AI, work, and economic futures in real time.

The "Dr. Elizabeth M. Adams" Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) Fellowship is a structured experience for individuals under 30 to explore how

artificial intelligence is shaping their lives, work, and future.

Through writing, reflection, and conversation, Fellows document their lived experience before it is translated into policy, strategy, or assumption.

How the Fellowship Works

Defining A Guiding Question

Defining A Guiding Question

Defining A Guiding Question

Fellows will develop a personal guiding question that reflects their experience with AI, work, and their future.

A Four-Part Writing Series

Defining A Guiding Question

Defining A Guiding Question

The Fellowship is structured around four focus areas explored through a series of articles:

  • Workforce
  • Sustainability
  • Economic Success
  • Identity

Reflection

Defining A Guiding Question

Sharing A Leadership Perspective

Fellows return to the original guiding question and examine how it has evolved over the

course of the Fellowship to consider:

  • Does the question still hold, or has it changed?
  • What learning occurred?
  • How might the experience impact leadership perspectives moving forward?

Why This Matters

Fellowship Timeline

Fellowship Timeline

Most conversations about AI focus on systems, tools, and strategy.

The ELI Fellowship focuses on people, capturing how emerging leaders experience change as they live through it, not after it has already been defined.

Consider Sponsoring A Fellow

Help shine a light on a future leader.

Sponsorship is a direct investment in an emerging leader’s voice and experience

as they navigate the future of work in the age of AI.
