LEADING WHAT'S NEXT

Leading What’s Next: Responsible AI Stewardship - invites senior leaders into a curated experience

that blends reflective insight with practice.

  • Leadership Mapping Workshop: where leaders align personal and institutional legacy, exploring the ethical dimensions of leadership through dialogue, story, and strategic intent.
  • Responsible AI Tabletop Simulation: A dynamic exercise that immerses leaders in real-world dilemmas to activate values-based decision-making, governance clarity, and ethical stewardship.

N.O.R.T.H.

Navigating Organizational Responsibility Through Humanity

The N.O.R.T.H. experience is a guided journey for global teams to explore Responsible AI enablement across the organization and hierarchies. Participants begin with a reflective mapping session, unpacking each pillar:

Navigating, Organizational, Responsibility, Through, Humanity, laying the groundwork for collective insight and intention.

Next, teams engage in a tabletop simulation, applying the N.O.R.T.H. experience to a real organizational challenge. Through structured dialogue and stakeholder mapping tools, opportunities surface, gaps are identified, and teams co-create a scorecard that captures next steps for ethically grounded AI adoption.
